Site Disclaimer Measurements We can make the blinds to your exact measurements. Make sure you have deducted at least 1cm yourself for clearance on the width if the blinds are going inside a window recess. Alternatively give us the overall recess size, without allowances made, and we will make the necessary calculations for you. We are unable to accept responsibility for blinds that do not fit when: You have failed to state clearly or have mis-interpreted the selection of exact size or recess measurements, you have mixed up mm's and inches, your order was not confirmed by yourself in writing, there is any variation in colour to the sample sent, or, if your details were taken by phone. Made to measure blinds A product which is "Made-to-Measure" or "Cut to Size" cannot be returned under our normal terms and conditions. Fixings and Fitting The blinds are easily fitted using universal brackets which can be face fixed to the window or wall or top fixed. All fixtures and fitting are adequate for the product if used and installed correctly. We are unable to accept responsibility for damaged caused while fitting the blinds to either the product or the window/surround you are fixing to. Colour The blind colours are represented the best they can on your screen. If the exact colour of the blind is important please request a sample by clicking on the 'Send me a free sample' link. Our wooden blinds are made from a natural product and colour variations in the wood grain may occur. |
