  • Delivery is set at a flat rate of £7.95 for any mainland UK address
  • Addresses outside of this area or those located in the highlands of Scotland will be subject to a surcharge (Typically £12-£15.)
  • All deliveries are fully insured to protect your investment
  • We only use a 24 hour courier service
  • All deliveries are traceable by both parties
  • If you are not in on the 1st attempt to deliver your goods the courier leave a calling card and return at a time that you request
  • Your goods will be held for 5 days to allow you time to either collect them yourself from your local depot or to arrange a time for re-delivery

Delivery Times

We aim to have all blinds leave us in the shortest possible time and arrive with you with the minimal of delay, hence, all goods will be delivered by Business Post.

Below is a table of approximate delivery times. Please use this as a rough guide only as during busy periods and times of the year these times may increase.If you require your blinds urgently or would like to request exact delivery dates your order must be placed by phone.

Standard Size Orders:
Typically 1-3 working days although please allow up to 5

Cut to Size Orders:
REAL WOOD - Typically 7-10 working days
ROLLERS - Typically 2-5 working days
ALL OTHER TYPES - Within 5 working days

Important

When you sign for your delivery you are signing not only for the receipt of the goods but also for the condition of the contents of the delivery. Please look over the goods when they arrive to inspect for any damage. We do understand that due to some circumstances that this is not always possible so where this applies please sign for the goods as unchecked or delete the section that states “goods received in good condition” If in the remote case your delivery is badly handled on its way to you we will be able to send a replacement out as soon as possible if these steps are followed.

It is vital that you contact the courier on receipt of any calling card. Our couriers handle vast quantities of goods and are unable to hold parcels for over a week in local depots. Any goods that are not collected within 5 working days will be returned to us at a cost. Returned goods will be subject to a surcharge to cover redelivery and return to sender costs that we will have incurred.
