Delivery Times We aim to have all blinds leave us in the shortest possible time and arrive with you with the minimal of delay, hence, all goods will be delivered by Business Post. Below is a table of approximate delivery times. Please use this as a rough guide only as during busy periods and times of the year these times may increase.If you require your blinds urgently or would like to request exact delivery dates your order must be placed by phone. Standard Size Orders: Important When you sign for your delivery you are signing not only for the receipt of the goods but also for the condition of the contents of the delivery. Please look over the goods when they arrive to inspect for any damage. We do understand that due to some circumstances that this is not always possible so where this applies please sign for the goods as unchecked or delete the section that states “goods received in good condition” If in the remote case your delivery is badly handled on its way to you we will be able to send a replacement out as soon as possible if these steps are followed. It is vital that you contact the courier on receipt of any calling card. Our couriers handle vast quantities of goods and are unable to hold parcels for over a week in local depots. Any goods that are not collected within 5 working days will be returned to us at a cost.
